San Remo Victoria Australia
San Remo is a town in southern Victoria, Australia in the Gippsland region. Formed as a fishing village, its economy is now largely based on tourism. It is also notable as the town on the mainland end of the bridge to Phillip Island. This is the location where Western Port Bay enters Port Phillip Bay. The tide is very strong here as can be seen in the video & tidal generators were installed in 2006 which genertate power back into the supply grid.
