The rescue team was unable to reach the man and called in a drone to help the search. The rescue team was able to figure out the best route to take to reach the man and the rope lengths required to make the rescue happen. Initially, the man sent an image of his view to help get the rescue team to his location. Unfortunately, the photo didn’t prove helpful after spending around an hour searching for him. After initial attempts failed, local rescue teams sent up a newly purchased drone which was able to spot the guy on the mountainside and allowed the team to understand better what it needed to do.
